The coaching program titled “Empowering Legal and Business Professionals for Success in the Technology and Financial Markets” has concluded on March 3rd, 2023. The programme, part of the ‘Think Global, Go Global’ initiative, was organized together with international partners and was attended by over 120 top lawyers, university professors and leading financial market executives, both face-to-face and online.
It was designed to help lawyers and executives develop strategic planning and continuous learning skills critical to successful legal and business careers in the technology and financial industries. Participants attended general sessions and workshops to discuss these industries’ unique challenges and opportunities and share best practices for career development.
The coaching programme featured an exceptional line-up of speakers who shared their insights on networking, mentoring, effective communication, conflict resolution skills, managing stress, maintaining work-life balance and avoiding burnout. These topics are essential for legal and business professionals in today’s dynamic and complex business environment.
